  "text": "1. Oils, the characteristics of which comply with those set out in points 1 and 2 of Annex I to this Regulation, shall be deemed to be virgin olive oils within the meaning of point 1(a) and (b) of Part 8 of Annex 7 to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.\n2. Oil, the characteristics of which comply with those set out in point 3 of Annex I to this Regulation, shall be deemed to be lampante olive oil within the meaning of point 1(c) of Part 8 of Annex 7 to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.\n3. Oil, the characteristics of which comply with those set out in point 4 of Annex I to this Regulation, shall be deemed to be refined olive oil within the meaning of point 2 of Part 8 of Annex 7 to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.\n4. Oil, the characteristics of which comply with those set out in point 5 of Annex I to this Regulation, shall be deemed to be olive oil composed of refined olive oils and virgin olive oils within the meaning of point 3 of Part 8 of Annex 7 to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.\n5. Oil, the characteristics of which comply with those set out in point 6 of Annex I to this Regulation, shall be deemed to be crude olive-pomace oil within the meaning of point 4 of Part 8 of Annex 7 to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.\n6. Oil, the characteristics of which comply with those set out in point 7 of Annex I to this Regulation, shall be deemed to be refined olive-pomace oil within the meaning of point 5 of Part 8 of Annex 7 to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.\n7. Oil, the characteristics of which comply with those set out in point 8 of Annex I to this Regulation, shall be deemed to be olive-pomace oil within the meaning of point 6 of Part 8 of Annex 7 to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.\n8. In this Regulation:\n(a) ‘appropriate authority’ means:\n(i) the relevant authority, or\n(ii) the Secretary of State:\n(aa) in relation to Scotland, if consent is given by the Scottish Ministers;\n(b) ‘constituent nation’ means England, Wales or Scotland, as the case may be;\n(c) ‘relevant authority’ means:\n(i) in relation to England, the Secretary of State;\n(iii) in relation to Scotland, the Scottish Ministers;\n(iv) in relation to Wales, the Welsh Ministers.",
