# Council Regulation (EEC) No 1536/92 of 9 June 1992 laying down common marketing standards for preserved tuna and bonito, Article 6

Without prejudice to the ... provisions referred to in Articles 7 and 8 of Directive 79/112/EEC, the ratio between the weight of the fish contained in the container after sterilization and the net weight expressed in grams shall be at least:
(a)in the case of the presentations referred to in Article 3 (1):
70 % in the case of the covering medium referred to in the second indent of Article 4,
65 % in the case of other covering media;
(b)25 % in the case of the culinary presentations or preparations referred to in Article 3 (2).
