  "text": "The Commission and the Bank, each acting in respect of the projects for which it is responsible, shall evaluate the main projects with the aim of finding out whether the objectives set when the projects were identified have been achieved and of establishing guidelines designed to improve the efficiency of future aid. These evaluation reports shall be forwarded to the Member States.",
