# Council Regulation (EC) No 3675/93 of 20 December 1993 on the conclusion of the Agreement in the form of exchanges of letters between the European Community and the Government of Canada concerning fisheries relations, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Presidency of the Council is hereby authorized to designate the persons empowered to sign the Agreement in the form of exchanges of letters in order to bind the Community.
