Subheading 2306 90 91 includes only residues from the extraction of oil from the germs of maize, excluding products containing components from parts of maize grains which have been added after processing and have not been subjected to the oil extraction process.

A reduced levy shall be applicable within the limits of an annual tariff quota of 550 000 tonnes, the conditions for the grant of which are laid down in the relevant Community provisions.
