# Commission Regulation (EC) No 3115/94 of 20 December 1994 amending Annexes I and II to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, Division 5: Frames around paintings, drawings, pastels, collages or similar decorative plaques, engravings, prints or lighographs are to be classified with those articles, provided they are of a kind and of a value normal to those articles.

Frames which are not of a kind or of a value normal to the articles refered to in this note are to be classified separately.
