# Commission Regulation (EC) No 3115/94 of 20 December 1994 amending Annexes I and II to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, Division 2

For the purposes of paragraph 1, ‘civil aircraft’ means aircraft other than aircraft used in military or similar services in the Member States which carry a military or non-civil registration.
