  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.\nPoint 9 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 1995.\nExisting authorizations issued on terms incompatible with point 15 of Article 1 may remain in force for a period not exceeding two years after the entry into force of this Regulation.\nPoint 29 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 1994.\nPoint 35 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 1996. The new model form may be used as soon as this Regulation enters into force. Forms employed before that date may be used until stocks are exhausted but not after 31 December 1996.",
