For the purposes of subheadings 2204 30 92 and 2204 30 96, ‘concentrated grape must’ means grape must for which the figure indicated by a refractometer (used in accordance with the method prescribed in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 558/93) at a temperature of 20o C is not less than 50,9 %.
