For the purposes of subheadings 4414 00 10, 4418 20 10, 4419 00 10, 4420 10 11, 4420 90 11 and 4420 90 91, ‘tropical wood’ means the following tropical woods: okoumé, obeche, sapelli, sipo, acajou d'Afrique, makoré, iroko, tiama, mansonia, ilomba, dibétou, limba, azobé, dark red meranti, light red meranti, meranti bakau, white lauan, white meranti, white seraya, yellow meranti, alan, keruing, ramin, kapur, teak, jongkong, merbau, jelutong, kempas, baboen, mahogany (Swietenia spp.), imbuia, balsa, palissandre du Brésil and bois de rose femelle.
