For the purposes of subheading 4805 30, ‘sulphite wrapping paper’ means machine-glazed paper, of which more than 40 % by weight of the total fibre content consists of wood fibres obtained by the chemical sulphite process, having an ash content not exceeding 8 % and having a Mullen burst index of not less than 15.
