# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1359/95 of 13 June 1995 amending Annexes I and II to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 802/80, Division 4: For the purposes of heading No 6209:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(a) the expression ‘babies’ garments and clothing accessories' means articles for young children of a body height not exceeding 86 cm; it also covers babies' napkins;
(b) articles which are prima facie classifiable both within heading No 6209 and within other headings of this chapter are to be classified within heading No 6209.
