# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1359/95 of 13 June 1995 amending Annexes I and II to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 802/80, Division 3: For the purpose of heading No 8908, the expression ‘vessels and other floating structures for breaking up’ includes the following articles when presented for breaking up, on condition that they have formed part of their normal equipment:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

spare parts (such as propellers), whether or not in a new condition,
movable articles (furniture, kitchen equipment, tableware, etc.) showing clear evidence of use.
