  "text": "Where a Member State has applied the emergency procedure laid down in Articles 18 (4) or 40 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 2309/93 to suspend the use of a medicinal product on its territory, the period laid down in Article 3 shall be reduced to 15 days.",
