# Commission Regulation (EC) No 3017/95 of 20 December 1995 laying down provisions for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 3036/94 establishing economic outward processing arrangements applicable to certain textile and clothing products reimported into the Community after working or processing in certain third countries, Article 11: Competent authorities

The Member States shall designate the authorities competent for the issue of prior authorizations and shall notify the Commission accordingly. The Commission shall publish this information in the ‘C’ series of the Official Journal of the European Communities.
