  "text": "1. Customs offices detecting infringements of the rules laid down in the present or the basic Regulation shall immediately notify the authority which issued the prior authorization.\n2. Each Member State shall determine the sanctions applicable in cases where the competent authorities find that an application for prior authorization contains false statements, made either intentionally or as the result of serious negligence, or that any other rule laid down in the present or basic Regulation has been seriously infringed.",
