  "text": "Regulations (EEC) No 1828/83 and (EC) No 1816/95 are hereby repealed. This repealing does not affect the validity of any prior authorization issued in application of these Regulations.\nThis Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1996.\nExisting application and prior authorization forms may continue to be used, however, until 30 June 1996.",
