Regulation (EC) No 992/95 is amended as follows:

  1. 1..

    In Article 1, paragraph 3 shall be replaced by the following:

    ‘3.

    The Protocol on the definition of the concept of originating products and on methods of administrative cooperationf1 annexed to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Norway, as amended by the provisions of Article 3 of the Additional Protocol to the Agreement, shall apply.’

    Annexes I and II shall be replaced by Annexes I and II to this Regulation.
