  "text": "The names listed in the Annex shall be registered as protected geographical indications (PGI) or protected designations of origin (PDO) pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EEC) No 2081/92.\nNames not included in the Annex which have been forwarded pursuant to Article 17 shall continue to be protected at national level until a decision has been reached on them.\nThe names ‘ Budějovické pivo ’ , ‘ Českobudějovické pivo ’ and ‘ Budějovický měšťanský var ’ shall be registered as protected geographical indications (PGI) and listed in the Annex in accordance with specifications submitted to the Commission. This is without prejudice to any beer trademark or other rights existing in the European Union on the date of accession.",
