# Regulation (EC) No 1610/96 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 1996 concerning the creation of a supplementary protection certificate for plant protection products, Article 16: Notification of lapse or invalidity

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

If the certificate lapses in accordance with Article 14 (1) (b), (c) or (d) or is invalid in accordance with Article 15, or if the territorial extent of the certificate is limited in accordance with Article 14(3), notification thereof shall be published by the comptroller.
