Regulations under Articles 1 or 5 may make—\n(a) different provision with respect to different cases or descriptions of case;\n(b) incidental, supplementary or consequential provision;\n(c) transitional, transitory or saving provision.\n2. A statutory instrument containing regulations under Article 1 or point (b) of the second paragraph of Article 5 is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.",
