The United Kingdom competent authority:

  1. (a)

    shall inform the Commission each Wednesday, of the number of animals:

    • purchased, and

    • slaughtered

    under this scheme during the previous week;

  2. (b)

    shall establish a detailed report of the controls which they have taken under the measures referred to in Article 3 and shall communicate this to the Commission each quarter.
