The exclusion measure referred to in point (c) of Article 3 (1) of Regulation (EC) No 1469/95 may not be applied to irregularities committed before the entry into force of that Regulation.\n2. The measure referred to in paragraph 1 may be applied only within a period of four years from the time when the irregularity in question was committed. The other provisions on the limitation period in Article 3 (1) of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2988/95 shall also apply.",
