# Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/97 of 25 June 1997 concerning Community criteria for control posts and amending the route plan referred to in the Annex to Directive 91/628/EEC, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Control posts are places where animals are rested for at least 12 hours or more pursuant to point 1.5. or 1.7(b) of Chapter V of Annex I to Regulation (EC) 1/2005.
2. The control posts referred to in paragraph 1 shall comply with the ... criteria laid down in this Regulation.
