# Council Regulation (EC) No 23/97 of 20 December 1996 on statistics on the level and structure of labour costs, Article 10: Arrangements for implementation

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The arrangements for implementing this Regulation, in particular:
definitions to be used,
the levels of breakdown to be applied to the variables,
guidelines on accuracy and the aspects of quality,
the appropriate forms of the transmitted variables
and
the results to be transmitted
shall be laid down in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 11.
