The Secretary of State must communicate with the Convention Secretariat so as to ensure that the Convention is effectively implemented throughout the territory to which this Regulation applies.\n3. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n4. (a) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(b) The Secretary of State must make publicly available, before 31 October each year a Union-wide overview on the introduction into, and the export and re-export from, Great Britain of specimens of the species to which this Regulation applies and shall forward to the Convention Secretariat information on the species to which the Convention applies.\n(c) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(d) The Secretary of State must publish a report on the implementation and enforcement of this Regulation when reporting that information under the Convention, to the Convention Secretariat.\n(e) The Secretary of State must communicate to the Convention Secretariat before 31st October each year all the information relating to the preceding year for drawing up the annual illegal trade report referred to in CITES Resolution Conf. 11.17 (rev.
