  "text": "1. Requests shall be made in writing in one of the official languages of the Union and must be signed by a person authorised to represent the applicant. The request must be sent to the following address:\nEuropean Commission\nDirectorate-General for Trade\nDirectorate H Trade Defence\nRue de la Loi/Wetstraat 200\n1049 Bruxelles/Brussel\nBELGIQUE/BELGIË\nE-mail: TRADE-bicycle-parts@ec.europa.eu\n2. Upon receipt of a request, the Commission shall immediately inform the applicant and the Member States.",
