# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1980/98 of 17 September 1998 opening and providing for the administration of Community tariff quotas and tariff ceilings and establishing a Community surveillance in the framework of reference quantities for certain agricultural products originating in the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) States, Article 6

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall apply with effect from 1 January 1996.
