# Commission Regulation (EC) No 2366/98 of 30 October 1998 laying down detailed rules for the application of the system of production aid for olive oil for the 1998/1999, 1999/2000, 2000/01, 2001/02, 2002/03 and 2004/05 marketing years, Article 18

For the purposes of verifying compliance with the condition laid down in Article 4(2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2261/84, producer organisations shall require their members to provide copies of the title deeds, contracts or other documents on the basis of which they manage their olive groves. Those copies shall be annexed to the producer organisation's register of members.
