  "text": "In Title II A 1 of Annex 37, the third paragraph shall be replaced by the following:\n‘In the third subdivision, enter “T1”, “T2” or “T2F” where the Community transit procedure is used, or “T2L” or “T2LF” where the Community transit procedure is not used but the Community status of goods must be proved.’",
