# Commission Regulation (EC) No 75/98 of 12 January 1998 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 laying down provisions for the implementation of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 establishing the Community Customs Code (Text with EEA relevance), Article 5

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
Points 12, 26 (in respect of points 2 and 3 of Annex II), 31 and 32 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 February 1998.
Points 2 to 10, 13 to 20, 25, 26 (in respect of point 1 of Annex II), and 27, 28 and 29 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 July 1998.
