Article 11

Article 10(2) shall not apply to compound feedingstuffs:

1. (a)

   containing lucerne meal or grass meal under the conditions laid down in Article 5(1)(a)(iii);

2. (b)

   delivered by tanker or container to a farm or a breeding or fattening concern which uses these compound feedingstuffs on the conditions laid down in Articles 12 and 13.
