  "text": "In order to ensure compliance with this chapter, the Member States shall carry out, in particular, the inspections provided for in Articles 16 to 18.\nThe agency responsible for inspection shall record the results of the inspections in reports containing, in particular, the information provided for in Annex I to this Regulation.",
