Article 9 F1

Eligibility for participation in tendering procedures under this Regulation shall be determined in accordance with the rules of eligibility, and the derogations therefrom, laid down in this Regulation, as well as those set out in Regulation (EC) No 2112/2005.

The origin of supplies and materials purchased under this Regulation shall be further determined in accordance with the rules of origin, and the derogations therefrom, set out in Regulation (EC) No 2112/2005.
