# Regulation (EC) No 141/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 1999 on orphan medicinal products, Article 11: Entry into force

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall apply as from the date of adoption of the implementing Regulations provided for in Article 3(2) and Article 8(4).
