  "text": "By way of derogation from Article 15, beef to which that Article applies that is labelled in accordance with that Article, as it had effect immediately before IP completion day, may be placed on the market until the end of the period of 21 months beginning on the day on which IP completion day falls, and may remain on the market until stocks are exhausted.",
