Article 3 Simplification of the indication of origin

In application of Article 13(5)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 1760/2000, for beef derived from animals which have been reared for 30 days or less:

  • in the F1... country of birth,

  • in the ... country where slaughter took place,

the indication of those F2... countries, as a ... country where rearing took place, shall not be required, provided those animals were reared in another ... country for a period longer than 30 days.
