# Commission Regulation (EC) No 2222/2000 of 7 June 2000 laying down financial rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1268/1999 on Community support for pre-accession measures for agriculture and rural development in the applicant countries of central and eastern Europe in the pre-accession period, Division 2.6

The rules for the procurement by public bodies of services, works and supplies in the applicant country shall be in accordance with the rules set out in the Commission annual entitled ‘Service, supply and work contracts concluded within the framework of Community cooperation for the third countries’ with the exception of the requirement for ex ante approval by the Commission.
