For each shipment of Dissostichus spp. to be exported from Great Britain, where Great Britain is the place of landing, the exporter shall enter on each catch document:\n(a) the amount of each species of Dissostichus spp. contained in the shipment declared on the document;\n(b) the name and address of the importer of the shipment and the place of importation;\n(c) his name and address.\nAfter signing each catch document, he shall obtain a signed and stamped validation of the catch document by the competent authority of a fisheries administration.\n2. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
