As regards imports of the product described in Article 1(1) originating in the Czech Republic, Thailand and Turkey, the amounts secured by way of the provisional anti-dumping duty imposed by Commission Regulation (EC) No 230/2001 of 2 February 2001 shall be collected at the rate of the duty definitively imposed. Amounts secured in excess of the definitive rate of anti-dumping duties shall be released.\n2. As regards imports of the product described in Article 1(1) originating in Russia, the amounts secured by way of the provisional anti-dumping duty imposed by Regulation (EC) No 230/2001 shall be collected at the rate of the duty provisionally imposed.",
