Article 8 Repeal

Regulation (EC) No 2190/96 is hereby repealed.

However, it shall continue to apply to export operations covered by licence applications submitted before 9 November 2001 under systems A1 and A2 and before 16 November 2001 under system B.

References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in conjunction with the correlation table in Annex II.
