  "text": "1. The administrative organ shall manage the UK Societas. ...\n2. Subject to regulation 64 of the 2004 Regulations the number of members of the administrative organ or the rules for determining it shall be laid down in the UK Societas's statutes. ...\nThe administrative organ shall, however, consist of at least three members where employee participation is regulated in accordance with\na) for England and Wales and for Scotland, the 2009 Employee Involvement (GB) Regulations;\nb) for Northern Ireland, the 2009 Employee Involvement (NI) Regulations.\n3.
