Article 19

The tariff preferences referred to in Article 8(1) shall apply provided that the products concerned are accompanied by a statement issued by the authorities referred to in Article 17(b), certifying that those products have been manufactured in the country of origin under conditions complying with the legislation referred to in Article 14(2). This statement shall be validated by a stamp of the issuing authority, in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93.

The statement referred to in paragraph 1 shall mention: ‘ILO Conventions No 29, No 87, No 98, No 100, No 105, No 111, No 138, No 182 — Title III, Section 1, of Council Regulation (EC) No 2501/2001’, and shall be entered in box 4 of the certificate of origin Form A or on the invoice declaration referred to in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93.
