  "text": "Except where otherwise stated, this Title shall apply to all imports into the Community of any of the products listed in Article 1 of Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 (hereinafter called ‘milk products’), including imports without quantitative restrictions or measures having equivalent effect and with exemption from customs duties and charges having equivalent effect under exceptional trade measures granted by the Community to certain countries and territories.",
