IMA 1 certificates shall be drawn up on forms according to the specimen in Annex IX, except in the case of New Zealand butter, and in accordance with the requirements laid down in this Chapter.

F12.

Box 3 of IMA 1 certificates, relating to the buyer, and box 6, relating to the country of destination, shall not be completed.
