Regulations (EEC) No 2967/79, (EC) No 2508/97, (EC) No 1374/98 and (EC) No 2414/98 are hereby repealed.

They shall continue to apply to licences applied for before 1 January 2002.

References to the repealed Regulations shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
