  "text": "The Commission shall regularly evaluate operations financed by the Community with a view to establishing whether the objectives of the operations have been achieved and to provide guidelines for improving the effectiveness of future operations.\nThe Commission shall submit to the MED Committee a summary of the evaluations made, which the latter may, if necessary, examine.\nEvaluation reports shall be made available to any Member States requesting them.",
