The products of animal origin listed in Annex VI shall be produced using production processes approved in accordance with F2regulations made by the appropriate authority.

Bones of bovine, ovine and caprine animals from countries or regions with a controlled or undetermined BSE risk shall not be used for the production of mechanically separated meat (MSM). F3...
