Article 14 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

It shall apply from 24 July 2002.

Aid covering costs for the year 2002 may, however, on the basis of a reasoned request by a Member State, continue to be subject to the rules and principles laid down in Decision No 3632/93/ECSC, with the exception of rules regarding deadlines and procedures.

This Regulation shall apply until 31 December 2010.
