  "text": "(1.) The Minister for the Cabinet Office may make regulations amending the Annexes to this Regulation.\n(2.) Regulations under this Article are to be made by statutory instrument.\n(3.) A statutory instrument containing regulations under this Article is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.\n(4.) Regulations under this Article may make consequential, supplementary, incidental, transitional, transitory or saving provision.",
